Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Every pair is handmade in small batches and prepared with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During launches, sales and other busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in the United States.

International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. They vary by country and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Marea New York is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or extra costs caused by an incorrect address. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you with the carrier.
