Marea New York works with UPS to deliver all domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states. UPS Ground service should deliver 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. For international orders outside of the 48 contiguous states Marea New York ships via UPS Worldwide expedited service, and international ground service to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. delivery is within two to five business days.

• 2 day air – Alaska/Hawaii – $30.00
• Next day air – Alaska/Hawaii – $48.00

All other international shipments cost a flat rate of $80. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be assessed at the point of delivery.

CUSTOMS ACCEPTANCE POLICY

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which we are shipping. These fees may total as much as 30% of your order value and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Should you refuse a shipment from Marea New York, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes or other charges that are incurred on the package (both from the original shipment and return), the cost of returning the package to us, and a 20% restocking fee. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods is passed on to you.
